DELIVERY
By courier or Royal Mail & must be signed for upon receipt.
> UK £7.50 - Within about 5-7 days (often earlier)
> Europe £18.00.
> Rest of world £22.00.
We do not offer next day delivery.

PRODUCT LIFE EXPECTANCY
Our products are durable for reasonable wear. In general, fashion footwear has a life expectancy of between 4-6 months depending on the amount of wear to which it is subjected.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
> Must be within 14 days of receipt in original condition, new, unworn, without markings on the soles or wear on the labels & complete with footwear bag & box wrapped in other external packaging.
> Do not send items to our Head Office but email for our warehouse address. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage & check the value of cover.

LAW & JURISDICTION
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
